Created in 2003, the PISSARO platform offers the scientific, academic and industrial community, expertise and effective and recognised technological resources in the field of separation, identification and quantification of proteins and peptides, as well as in the study of their post-translational modifications.

The platform is equipped with a fleet of instruments combining many techniques: mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, N-terminal sequencing, one- and two-dimensional electrophoresis, etc. A dedicated staff ensures control of the equipment, as well as the preparation of samples in all areas of the living world. This know-how is used to carry out or contribute to research projects on various organisms: bacteria, humans and plants.
